Well, it seems the sales dept management does not feel the need to return phone calls or emails despite me having talked with the executive director about the poor follow-up. FOIA might be the only way to go. The one bright point in all of my contacts with the land bank was Tammy who was professional and helpful.

Well the two start are for the one lady I first talked to now shewas good but I've been waiting foe months my mom is trying to buy me the house across from you she's live in the house for over 40 years and owns her house and we have been waiting and waiting to hear from them and nothing my wife and son would really like to live there and we are still waiting and still want the house

These people are working with the people of Flint, throughout the Pandemic and they are true to their word about not taking your home. If you communicate and keep in touch, they will take care to try to wait until you can get your funds together, as long as you communicate.
