Changing my focus and choosing First Day Homecare for my career as an RN has been one of the best decisions for my family and I. The balance of having autonomy in regards to picking clients you’re comfortable with and over the schedule you’re comfortable with is great. I have been a nurse for over 20 years and cannot say how happy I am to be a Firstday employee. I love my patient and caregiver who are closer to family then patient. Firstday works around my schedule and the front office gals are just great. I'm very happy and proud to call myself an employee. If your a nurse and looking for a GREAT place to feel appreciated,FIRSTDAY is the place for you!!

I've been with First Day for about a year now, and I'm pleasantly surprised as I've never done in home care before. I took a leap and enjoyed it.I love how I can do 1 on 1 care. I always felt like being in a hospital I didn't get to spend enough time with a patient. With First Day, it has allowed me to give the 1 on 1 care everyone deserves.My schedule is flexible, I get paid weekly, I can work with a few different families to change things up if I choose, and the charting system is user-friendly, which is deff a must with nursing.Staff is always responsive and super friendly with any questions you have.I would deff recommend this company to future... read full review
