I’ve only received services from my prior esthetician for 12 years. When I had to stop using her abruptly, I was worried to get my waxes elsewhere and by someone else. I did some research and EWC seemed like it had really good ratings, so I booked my first wax at EWC with Sarah for a brazilian and she was great. She was very friendly, calm, and chill. Estela was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and make sure I felt at ease throughout the entire service. Her friendly, warm personality truly made the experience even better. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work.
