I haven't had any problems and have recieved fast and frequently service. My taxes was complete before I finished filing out necessary paperwork which I can appreciate. Also I will say to anyone who may think about going to Elite to make sure you have all your ducks in a row like, be honest, have proper documents, think about questions to ask before arriving for clarification purposes and don't have fraudulent intent then get mad and cast false judgment because your dishonest plans didn't get the results you were looking for.

Brandy and her team are so professional! I’m located out of state and they did my return virtually and quickly as if I was sitting in their office. 10/10 for customer service and efficiency. I’ll be back next year!

I called Elite Tax to see if they could help me file my Small Business Tax Return. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They provided me with a checklist of documents I needed to bring in and set an appointment with one of their tax professionals since my return needed more attention. I was very satisfied with the service, knowledge and professionalism of the staff. The office was clean and inviting. Wonderful experience.
