The staff at Complete Eye Care is amazing! I had LASIK surgery in my right eye performed by Dr. Waters a week ago, the staff made the process super easy. Everyone in the office has been wonderful. They take the time to fully explain every aspect of the procedure and pre/post op process. Dr. Waters and his awesome team take pride in what they do and pride in their patient outcomes. It''s clear they love what they do and I couldn't be happier with the results, and not having to wear glasses or contacts anymore is absolutely amazing!
The entire staff at Complete Eye Care is amazing! I had LASIK surgery in both eyes performed by Dr. Waters a week ago, every single step of the process has been completely painless (figuratively and literally). Everyone in the office has been kind, welcoming, and efficient at all of my visits - they also took the time to fully explain every aspect of the procedure and pre/post op process. My only regret is that I didn't have this done years ago! Dr. Waters (and his awesome team) take very evident pride in what they do and pride in their patient outcomes. I couldn't be happier with my results, having 20/15 vision and not having to wear glasses or contacts anymore is better than I could have imagined!
My mother who lives in Arizona needed cataract surgery, but could not find a doctor in Arizona to do the surgery. In 1963 she had a tumor removed from her left eye that left a hole. The pupil made up for the hole and naturally moved (elongated) to cover the hole. The eye doctor in Arizona would not remove the cataract because he was afraid the new lense would not cover the hole. Dr Waters removed cataracts from both my left and right eye. I explained my mother’s situation with her eye and asked for his thoughts. He knew exactly what I was talking about and said he has done cataract surgery on others with the same situation with good results. He also told me about the Iris implants if needed. After telling my mother what Dr Waters had told me, she felt confident enough in his ability, she came to Michigan to have the surgery done. After all is said done, the results were phenomenal. My mother was beyond satisfied with Dr Waters. He was very professional yet personable and caring at the same time. And his staff….OMG they are just so wonderful, knowledgeable and very friendly. Just the whole atmosphere of this office is beyond words. The end result, my mother’s cataract was removed as well as the pupil was repaired to more of a normal size, which is way more than most doctors would do in my opinion. Kudos to you Dr Water’s and your staff. Love you guys 😊
