Super disappointed. I asked for a basic touch up. She kept insisting I get a tint I told her I was good multiple times. Then looked at her asked did you miss up or something. At that point a coworker if hers came over and asked me if I again wanted tint 3 more times. She gave me the mirror I told her I was good pd and left she took off so much of my right eyebrow I've never had my brows threaded and them use scissors to clean up my eyebrows. The hair will grow back I have light eyebrows so it sucks until they grow back and I go to my usual place. She was very heavy handed as well which was a bit uncomfortable. Overall disappointing experience.

I’ve been going here for 4-5 years and I’ve NEVER had an issue. This was my 2nd time going since Sofia left and I’m highly disappointed. They have never messed my eyebrows up and I feel embarrassed to go out with them right now. I went so I could look cute for a concert tonight, ruined my whole mood. I have been going to them for years for their eyebrow threading and I never have any bad experiences. Every time the ladies ask if you like them before you leave and they will critique them for you if not. 10/10
