My name is Jonathon Grove. I had your company replace my furnace and air conditioner. The people who did the install were very professional and pleasant.The attention to detail was excellent. I couldn't be more pleased with the job they did. I am so glad I chose to use Blue Flame.
First, I want to say thank you to Cody for all of your help with repairing my furnace!! I contacted Consumers Energy regarding an emergency situation with my furnace and they assigned this company to take care of my furnace issue. Blue flame heating and cooling promptly arrived and solved the problem. I needed some parts replaced and Cody took care of it! He is very informative, knowledgeable and professional. Kirk from Blue Flame came out to house and quoted me for a new furnace and AC unit (old one 29 yrs). He spent an hour explaining thoroughly the new systems, along with the humidifier and recommended a new thermostat. Price very competitive with my three other quotes. A week later, Kaleb and Mondo showed up with the new systems. Very polite and great to talk to, they explained every detail I asked about. Mondo even took off his shoes since he was outside installing the AC unit in the grass, very respectful of the house. They spent about 10 hours non-stop installing.
