It seems it was providence I was referred to Bafana Physical Therapy & Wellness by my Nurse Practitioner for pelvic floor/ core weakness issues. After 7 sessions I made incredible progress strengthening both areas. I can’t begin to put into words how grateful and blessed I am to have the pleasure of being cared for by Hema and her staff. They are the perfect example of how the medical system should function! Their total dedication was immediately evident from my first visit. I have never before felt listened to and understood so completely while explaining my pain issues. I came here after searching for someone to help me heal my pelvic floor after a traumatic birth, and I couldn’t be more grateful for this place. My doctors refused to even examine my problem, only saying that they wanted me to go to a surgeon that specialized in pelvic floor surgery. So I took matters into my own hands and came here instead. My issue has resolved and I have never been as strong as I am now- I’m even fitting into my pre-pregnancy jeans now! The environment of this office is so relaxing and loving, I never want to leave when I’m there. I have been to a lot of Different physical therapies throughout my life, unfortunately However, I have not been blessed with the experience I have been given through this physical therapy. I have been shown how to take care of my body in the proper ways I have never been shown before.I have never known there is a proper way to walk or to set or even how to get up out of a chair that supports my back and the rest of my body instead of all the compilation i had done all my life and actuallyhad been toldI was doinginsteadof beingshownthe properways to carefor my body.
