Okay I'm gonna say sorry in advance for the length of this review. I had a horrible experience with a salon three years ago. They took my natural grey hair & bleached it blonde. I just wanted a toner to get the yellow out. Needless to say it had to be dyed dark again, which broke my heart. So I hesitated to go to a salon again. But then I took a leap of faith & went to Shagg. The minute I walked in I knew this was it but with who? Two beautiful ladies started saying names and then one said Faith. From the moment i walked into the salon I felt very welcomed by everyone I crossed paths with. I had my nails done by Sabrina and they look Amazing! I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted and she offered ideas and made it so easy for me to choose. Thank you for your professionalism and the great conversation. I will be back very soon!
I am giving a four because my hair still looks gray. Not completely satisfied. The price is very high to me you can expect to pay at least $100.00. I wasn't told this from the start. I had sticker shock. But my friend said that's the norm. Not for me I can afford that. I am a senior and on social security. They should have a senior discount on certain days. The girl that did my hair was real nice.
