At first the experience was a little bumpy as every diagnostic resulted in additional quotes to fix - I was told none of the excessive diagnostic fees would apply to any of the repairs, which wasn’t how it was explained to me at drop off. There wasnt really any diagnosis required outside of checking the error code, so I expected most of what I was committed to up front would roll over into the fixing part. But after speaking with management (and still getting stonewalled about the costs to repair) the car was returned to me and some of the lower-hanging work had actually been done at the initial quoted price.
