I went to Vast based on the reviews and I'm so glad that I did. My VW Alltrack suddenly had multiple issues, causing me to need repairs. The team at Vast were very professional, the cost was fair, and they communicated excellently throughout. Chris in particular was great. I recommend everyone needing a mechanic to go to Vast.
I have not been there yet but the website experience, the booking system and the responsive texts point to this being a great place to visit. Update. I went there last week what a pleasure. Reasonable prices, proper human explanation of my cars issues, I really did not get a auto shop vibe. Nice snacks and they even gave my son a little candy surprise in the back seat when we left. I will totally go again.
Chris and the team at Vast are absolutely phenomenal, and I would highly recommend taking your European car to them for any work needing to be done.I came in with a check engine light and was instantly blown away by the professionalism and knowledge level by the workers.The information they send is better than the dealers ever have given me.
