I have been a SugaredCoated client since 2021 and won't ever change up! I had a terrible 1st wax experience from another business and was scared to try again. I was referred to Ashley/SugaredCoated because of her calmness and professionalism. At my first appointment I let Ashley know my terrible experience and she let me know her process and what to expect. Throughout the appointment, she talked me through the steps and kept me engaged aka distracted so I focused less on any discomfort I may feel. Since then, I have been going monthly! Ashley is amazing. She’s not only pleasant and sweet, she is also very knowledgeable. Anytime I have had a question or concern she has been able to assist me. The atmosphere at the shop is very calming and welcoming. Definitely recommend!
