I initially bought a Groupon, as I like to make sure masseuses can give me the heavy pressure I need. I scheduled my appointment for a Friday evening, which was then cancelled the Friday morning. It was rescheduled for the upcoming Sunday. She showed up late and then shorted me 15 minutes. She noted I would get the 15 minutes during the next massage. The first massage was GREAT! So I decided to buy the membership for the monthly massages. I scheduled another the day before my wedding, and again she was late and the extra 15 minutes was not added. Janielle seemed.. off. My partner bought me a massage with Janielle and she never showed...twice. We haven't been able to get through on the phone, and when I went to the office both time it locked up with no one to be found. We have been able to get out $80 back. Do not waste your time.
I first went to Janielle because of a gift certificate I received for my birthday. I had such an amazing experience that I maintained regular visits for the past 3 years. I always walk out feeling amazing!
