Real quality company if you don’t mind their employee Chris coming back to your house after the job is done with his friends and climb in the trees in your back yard with their blacked out military outfits and stalk you. These guys are creeps with a capitol C. Also criminals and peeping toms.

Called about getting a carport built for my property. I left a voicemail and got a call back from a woman who was extremely rude! She asked me how many quotes I was getting and I said "quite a few" and she responded with "well, we won't be providing one to you." I was very confused by this answer and asked "why not? What is the issue?" She said "we make money by getting the job." I asked "So you don't give quotes?" She said "well, no, or else we'd be giving quotes all day. Good bye." I just can't believe this is how a business treats a potential customer! I have spoken to several companies obviously and this is the worst one I have conversed with. I have had Prism do a lot of work in and around my house...from painting (great job), remodeling a bathroom, putting hardwood floors throughout main level of house, installing a privacy fence (250 feet),cleaning the gutters and more. The are reliable and extra neat and clean after the work is done.
