They speak for themselves. Front desk is strict with bookkeeping. Three or more times the standard operating procedures were explained. On the initial consult (telephone), at the front desk and on the paperwork, and again, with the child, at the time of the procedure. Clean, clean, clean. Most Excellent!!! Nicest people all around.
