All of the staff are always so kind and helpful. Our cat was recently diagnosed with diabetes and Dr. Betsy and the whole team has been absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. Our cat, Louie, gets really scared and upset for his appts but everyone is so patient and kind to him - they try to make Louie as comfortable as possible. We are so appreciative of this clinic!!
My 5 year old husky had built up plaque and tartar on his teeth, requiring an extraction of 3 of them. Sara, Dawn, doctor Betsy, and the rest of the team behind the scenes that I didn’t get to directly interact with, have my utmost gratitude and appreciation for taking care of my dog while he went under anesthesia for the procedure. The communication from this team while they balance care for other animals is superb. Thank you so much.
A little bit run down, small, and hard to find parking, but vet techs were nice enough and honest/up front about pricing and necessary procedures. My cat sadly had a reaction to a vaccine :( but they took her back the same day and administered the needed follow up shots for free. Thanks!
