Many felt very welcome at this location and would book again. The person at the desk, Jmya, was on top of every need and very kind. Couple massages were great with Sean and Solomon. Gift cards were purchased for employees. Today’s massage with Keta was outstanding, with professionalism and a calming presence making a huge difference. Keta focused precisely on tension areas, using a perfect blend of pressure and relaxation techniques. Her skill in finding and relieving knots was incredible, and attention to detail showed throughout the session. Since becoming a member, there has been a noticeable improvement in well-being after each visit, but Keta’s session was truly exceptional. She is a true expert, and clients left feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated.
First time customer. Walked into Ferndale location and immediately noticed a light clean smell throughout the welcome area. Also witnessed Cintas changing out floor mats, etc. which gave me nice feeling of even more cleanliness.
I was welcomed with friendly smiles. It was an easy transition getting entered for my appointment since I entered my info from the email that was provided to me when I made the appointment.
Izzy was wonderful and very professional. I was even provided a glass of water after my massage.
Another first for me, I got a facial and this was done by Victoria. It was an awesome experience and I highly recommend it.

Went to hear a few days ago with my wife to wind down after a wonderful trip to Ireland. The person at the desk, Jmya I believe, was on top of our every need and was very kind.
The couple massage we got was great, I believe their names were Sean and Solomon.
Ended up buying a couple of gift cards, which I have already given away to my companies employees for their awesome work!
Overall, I'm definitely going to come here again!!
