Pointe Animal Hospital provides caring and thorough service to its clients. The staff is kind, patient, and gentle, making even nervous pets feel comfortable. The doctors take their time during appointments, never rushing clients out the door. The office staff is lovely, and the hospital has earned a reputation for its wonderful care, even in difficult situations. Though it can be busy and parking may be challenging, the helpful and friendly staff make visits worthwhile. Customers appreciate the accurate pricing and the compassionate, attentive care provided by the doctors. Many come back because they trust the staff to take great care of their pets, whether it's a visit for a cat or a basset hound puppy.
They are great! The Dr's as well as the reception staff are awesome. In just the past few months we have had one of our dogs teeth cleaned as well as a small lump removed from her belly and a Shih-tzu we just adopted needed to have his eye removed, they did that as well. Definitely recommend Pointe Animal Hosp!
My significant other has been coming to this vet her whole life, so when we got kitties we decided to bring them here. Pointe Animal has the nicest, most kind and caring people at their establishment. You know your fur babies are in good hands when they are there. My kitten (who was a rescue) has been seen by everyone here since he was found. He recently got neutered and he was in the best care. They even called to check on him the next morning after his surgery!! If you are looking for a high quality, welcoming, friendly and gentle vet please come here!!
We moved to the area 3 years ago and would never take our cats elsewhere. Our new kitten recently was neutered and they followed up exactly 24 hours after to check in. They truly care. Both doctors and their staff are the best in the area.
