I can’t recommend My Fur Baby’s Resort enough. We’re new to the Michigan area and don’t have close family or friends nearby to help, which is especially challenging since we both work full-time. Bobbie Jo and her hubby Chris instantly made us feel comfortable leaving our one-year-old dog, Remi, in their care. She communicates exceptionally well, offers helpful tips, and truly understands our dog—while also helping us better understand her. I was extremely nervous about leaving our first pup with someone we didn’t know, but that feeling quickly disappeared as soon as we met Bobbie Jo. She not only comforts Remi, but also an anxious dog momma (lol). Whether it’s boarding or daycare, we can leave Remi knowing she’s in amazing hands and receiving plenty of love and cuddles. We’re so incredibly thankful for this place.
All fur and feather babies are special… but mine is a special kind of special. She’s not a ‘normal’ dog… she can’t have just anyone care for her, she won’t allow it. I kept saying to my family, I needed to find someone who speaks her language, who loves her like I do… and I found it. Bobby Jo to the rescue. She understands my dog, she speaks her language, she reads her ques. Thank goodness for MFR, I feel so much relief that my baby is in a safe, loving place. Last but not least, wow… WOW!! The facility is fantastic! So clean, you would never know there’s actually animals around! No “dog” smell, very clean!!
