Julia (RN) and Robin? (Nurse Practitioner) were great. I didn't have a major problem but they were both professional and friendly. Will refer others to Walgreen McLaren Clinic.
I love how quick these appointments are and how friendly the doctors are as well!I would've given 5 stars, but today I had a poor experience with the nurse on hand. When I first walked up she gave me attitude for being 5 minutes late and said she was calling me to cancel my appointment. I let her know the roads were bad and she told me 'people should know to leave earlier'. This condensending tone continued the rest of the visit and she decided to talk about personal business with the doctor before my exam on the computer in front of me when she knew I had to get home to breastfeed my 7 week old.I will come back again because it's convenient, but I hope she won't be there.
Fast, easy, and convenient. I did not know it was a virtual clinic, however that is my fault for not knowing that before booking the appointment. But I definitely prefer hands on medical care. Perfect if you kinda already know what’s wrong & need a RX
