I injured my right shoulder badly when ice skating many years ago. It slowly continued to worsen over the years until l finally needed to ask for help from my doctor 4 months ago. He suggested physical therapy as the first course of treatment, of which l was dubious. But low and behold, under the expert guidance of physical therapists Carrie and Randy, l have completely regained my range of motion & more strength, plus reduced my pain (on a scale of 1-10) on most days 0-2!!! It really seems miraculous to me!! There’s no shoulder surgery in my immediate or near future! Thank you, Hamilton Physical Therapy!
