What a first class company they sent Mike the furnace tech over to check my furnace and what a outstanding young man was very very thorough explained to me what he was doing and why he was doing it and the best news was everything checked out. I worked with Ben P and Madeline yesterday for the inspection and to get help with financing for a new furnace and then this morning both Nick and Nate installed our furnace. What an absolutely positive experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend this fine group of people to everyone in need of furnace and air conditioning needs. Thanks to All of you . I am very satisfied with the visit today. I feel like Kirk paid attention to detail and explained everything so we could understand what was wrong with the furnace and what he did to fix it.
