My family joined Fenton Family Medicine right before Covid hit, and we did not get off to the best start. However , we have been very happy with the care that we received there since.… We see Dr. Zerafa, but most of the time are scheduled with Lisa Hill, his nurse practitioner , who we have come to love and actually request now. She has been amazing ,thorough and very knowledgeable for us, not to mention compassionate and friendly. They are always able to accommodate us with a Same day appointment when needed If we have a sudden concern or illness, and are very efficient in following through with prescriptions or follow up appointments. Just started going to this facility and everyone has been friendly and helpful so far. It's a little old school, wouldn't hurt to have a patient portal or website. That said, they got me in when I needed to see someone when other places in the area couldn't or wouldn't.
I see Dr Cenzer and he is absolutely the best! He listens to what is wrong with you and works with you to prescribe medicine you are comfortable with. The office staff was very nice. I have an appointment on the 30th and I’ll pay attention to see if anybody is rude, but my experience has been five stars at This Doctors office
