We've used Chris at Eco-Tech for several years. He was recommended by a trusted homeschooling mom. We really like him and the products he uses are as environment and human/pet friendly as they can be and still kill the critters. Most of his "poison" is made from chrysanthemums. I love that! Chris is great to work with and he really listens and helps educate his customers. He also will respond to your call asap and, if you have some sort of critter emergency while under his care, he will bend over backward to get out to your house. The only bad thing I can say about Eco-Tech is that they have icky pictures of spiders and ants on their website that "crawl" around...icky-bluck! ;]
