I had a water softener system installed this summer by Douglas Fenton office ,and after a few months it is working flawlessly. Fair price, installer took extra steps to do a great job functionally and cosmetically. Would recommend them to anyone exploring a system.
I do not typically ever leave reviews for businesses though, for Douglas Water I felt I really must. I had a new water softener installed by another company local in the area with the final construction of my new build house. After 10 months my water softener is having issues and I was getting rust stains in my showers and back of toilets.
So I called Douglas and they went so far with their customer service to help! They FaceTimed me to help look at my system when they were busy.
