Overpriced. They were prompt and fixed the issue. It appears however, that they have a low up front service charge, only to overcompensate on the repair cost. Hard to say no to a repair that you're already invested in and don't want to start the process over. The fee to snake the drain further was grossly overpriced. There are too many plumbers out there that will get the job done at a much more fair price. To be fair: they will answer promptly and have the skill to get it done. But I can't recommend them based on their unfair pricing.
30 JUL “Ejector pump” serving downstairs bath stopped working... “Jack” from Blessing Plumbing & Heating Company in Grand Blanc came by same day, found and fixed the problem promptly, explained everything (vapor lock), and only charged $55. Disaster averted! Thanks Jack (and company)!
