Her massage techniques are firm though not painful and are super effective. She took extra time at the end to give special attention to areas still holding tightness. I left there feeling more loosey goosey and flexible then I've felt in many years. She weds science with a more holistic approach, using aromatherapy, relaxing music with subliminal messaging, heated towels and massage table. Highly recommend!
