I gave a one star because it wouldn't let me give 0 stars.Horrible customer service. Quoted one price, charged almost doubled. Their excuse "well you didn't talk to me, I didn't quote you that price." When asked about a card that was needed for closing of my house, they told me, since I didn't request one ahead of time, it was going to be another additional fee. DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT A CARD!! Thats their job as a septic company to know. Would absolutely not recommend this company. I would even go so far as to say that they are crooks.

Wonderful service. It's so nice when a referral works out. A neighbor had a septic tank problem recently. She asked for recommendations for service. Based on excellent service at our house from Septic Tank Systems Co in Fennville, I referred her. Jeff from Septic Tank Systems came out the next day and fixed her septic tank problem. The neighbor called to thank us for the referral. She is 100% happy with their response and their service.
