“I had Kyle himself do work on my home.

When I say Kyle worked, he worked his butt off.

I had the entire house re-sided with wood siding that required quite a bit of caulk work on the battons and windows on the house.

Kyle worked from sun up to sun down to make sure he finished in the time quoted.

I find myself writing this review months after his work, because it's that darn good!
His work still looks perfect and brand new.

I was thankful for Jason’s suggestions and attention to detail, especially since some previous work was shoddy and an upstairs overflow leading to the ceiling collapse left quite the mess.

“had a 4 car garage built by Italy American excellent from start to finish Paul (salesman) extremely thorough explained everything and answered all questions throughout the whole process. Bob who was in charge of the entire construction kept me very well informed coordinating all the work crews concrete,building,siding,electrical,gutters,garage door. Special shout out to Dave (building crew) Jeff (electrical) both great and professional office staff all very nice friendly highly recommend IAC for any project. “A most pleasant and professional experience. Clearwater Construction, individuals that make up the whole, kept their word and followed through at every step - for this alone, we are very grateful! The A/C went out on Friday night but we were in the que Monday morning. Dennis reached out and was running his checks before noon - after he confirmed with his Team (awesome he did that) what the next step should be and where the replacement part is -> he had the A/C running before 1:30p and this was just as the heat wave was settling in. “I chose T Harvey Construction to put in a patio because their price was best of the 3 quotes.The workmen should up as scheduled and completed the excavation and pour. Then they best word here is crafted the patio. Several days of rain delayed the next steps.When the conditions were right the craftsman came and completed the job by installing the stone raised bed extension from the patio.Overall I’m very satisfied with job they did and will call them for future projects since they are a general contractor.“

Not only did they come out measure, fabricate a pattern, produce, DELIVERD and INSTALL!! While here they even mounted some stain glass for me!
