We are extremely happy with our WeatherGard windows! From our salesperson to the entire installation team, the experience was wonderful from start to finish.
Scott, from the install team, truly went above and beyond. He took the time to clearly explain every step of the process and made sure we felt comfortable along the way. We discovered quite a bit of rotten wood from our very old, leaky windows, but Scott and his team handled everything with care and professionalism.
They were polite, personable, and an absolute pleasure to have in our home — even in 30-degree weather! We are so grateful for their hard work and couldn’t be happier with the final result.

We had 24 windows, a sliding glass door and an entry way door installed. It took quite a while to manufacture everything understandable. We just had them installed. Everything in two days. Two teams of extremely polite, professional, skilled, knowledgeable, helpful people that went out of their way to help with other issues in the process. Extremely grateful. The product is exactly as ordered and described. Everything looks great. Unless something changes I am extremely satisfied overall with the entire process. Start to finish. We took in 5 bids before deciding on WeatherGard. Glad we did.

The installation team consisted of four young men who worked in pairs. The first pair took out the old windows and the second pair began putting in the new ones. While they finished each step, and the old windows were out, the two guys who were ready started putting in the next window frame. They were very efficient, personable, confident and exact. Cleaning was done as they went so there was no mess when they left. I love my new windows.
