The customer service at this store is the best I have ever experienced. Jacob and Sebastian were extremely knowledgeable in all areas of what we needed to complete a nightmare project and a contractor who left us high and dry. They special ordered our tiles on two occasions and made sure I ordered the correct pieces of trim, mortar, grout and more. 1) I messed up quite bad .. ordered tile for my kitchen to be delivered, then proceeded to NOT check my schedule and wasn't home when they came, so they set the tile on a pallet in my driveway . With it being a Saturday, I was worried about the tile sitting out by the street until Monday. I was outside trying to cover the tile with a tarp, and Lo and Behold, an employee from the shop (Sebastian) pulls up in his truck and moved the tile into my garage. It was late, and he was on his way home from work He didn't have to do that, it was my mistake.
