The Tile Shop

The Tile Shop is a well-established business that has been inspiring and realizing home decor ideas for over 35 years. With a global network of over 100 stores, they offer a wide selection of high-quality tile products, including porcelain, glass, ceramic, travertine, and other natural stones. The store's associates are knowledgeable and helpful, providing great advice to assist customers in making the right selection in styles, colors, and materials. They also have a 60-day return policy for unused items and tiles in a full box. While the store may not make exceptions to its return policy, many customers have had positive experiences with the store and its associates, who are described as patient, kind, and honest.

Customers have praised the helpful and friendly sales representatives, such as John Whitfield and Coleman, who have gone above and beyond to assist them with their tile selection and project needs. The only potential downside mentioned is the waiting period of 10 days to two weeks for tiles to be in stock, which can sometimes hold up a project.
