When I moved back to this area 33 years ago, I began getting my haircut here since I want to support the local businesses. I had the same barber for at least 25 of those years. Every visit was a great experience: great haricut, great conversation and everyone is friendly. My first barber retired within the last 6-8 years. Based on the friendship I had developed over the years with the barber in the next chair, I moved one chair over to Mike. He knows my hair, the style I like, how I like my mustache trimmed, shaves my neck clean with never a nick. He's my friend and barber as long as I have facial hair and whatever is left on top. Great old school barber shop. All the guys give a wonderful haircut. Can't beat the price and the conversation is always fun. So popular don't be surprised if there are a few customers ahead of you.

I have mixed feelings about Korner Barbers. I can safely say that I don’t think these guys will ever read this review, and that is consistent with my experience. It’s an old timey barber shop with old men trimming hair while shooting the sh*t and giving advice to other men. There isn’t a lot of room for fluff and everything is straight forward, here. On the other hand, I think there is a pervasive attitude of don’t like it, go somewhere else, which I personally find rude and a bit pushy.
