I've been a patient for many years and Dr. Nick Reid and the entire staff are top notch. I am always seen at my appointment time. They are always up to date on the latest equipment and tools making patient experience as comfortable as possible. My time in the chair is always time efficient. They take the time to explain X-rays and what they are doing and why. The team at Farmington Smile is super professional and always personable.
It's been about two years and so far it's been pretty good. The are very nice people but sometimes they seem to be more into their personal life and I get worried that they're not paying close attention to the work but so far they seem to be getting things done with no hiccups that have caused serious problems or issues. I do say they are unlike a lot of previous places do all work in house and are not sending people to other places because they don't do this or that they do it all!!. Ps The place I was going to did only basic stuff and you never know who's going to see you because they are always having new people and they don't like to be told anything bad on their way of service to clients at Laurich Dental on 12 mile horrible place!!
Been with Farmington smiles since my other dentist retired. Been very happy with the care my entire family receives. They also do my daughters orthodontic treatment. It's nice to have to just go to one office for both.
