I've been adjusted weekly at EFC for the past 8 years!  I suffered with untreated DeQuervains Tendonitis in my left wrist for 6 years before coming to EFC. I had frequent pain, discomfort, swelling and lack of strength affecting my daily activities, like opening containers, doors, working out, etc. As a result, my pain and discomfort has almost diminished and my strength is gradually returning.  I'm grateful EFC is keeping me subluxation free!  Drs. Natalie, Lauren and Amber and their staff are so loving and caring, too!

The staff is amazing, always provides a warm and welcoming environment. The doctors do a phenomenol job while ensuring your comfort. Not only are they knowledgeable, they teach you so you understand the purpose of their adjustments and how your body functions. They definitely help too, my C1 was misaligned which would cause me headaches, they adjusted my sublaxation and my headaches have gone away completely. They also give you advice on how to support your body outside of the office, for example, pillows and placement of them during sleep, equal movements on each side of the body, stretches and movements etc

They don’t just have you come to an appointment and do a quick generic adjustment, they talk you through it and explain everything that’s going on as well as do a thorough evaluation and assessment before getting started, highly recommended!
