What I'd like to see is the services I use to get at the car wash down in Columbia,TN.Down there for just $20.00, they would wàsh & wax the car just like they do here, but then they would also hand dry the car plus they would also vacuum the inside of the car and clean all the windows and armor all the dash & all the interior leather.And for a person who is disabled like me, it was so great.I've been back in Michigan, my home state, for about 3.5 years now, and sometimes I wonder why I ever moved back .

Was very pleased with the attendant that washed my car. Was very satisfied and definitely well worth the money. Not to mention very positive employees. Will definitely take my vehicles there again.

Love the convenience of driving in with a monthly paid sticker. Staff usually nice, sometimes average, sometimes exceptional.BUT incredibly POOR customer service from managers/owners. Lost a rear window wiper at 8 Mile/Gill Rd Farmington location and have heard NOTHING but "be patient, we'll get back to you!" automated email message -- and that was from a previous issue a month ago!!LOSERS!
