This was my first visit to True REST Float Spa and I was very impressed by the experience. The staff was kind and knowledgeable and contributed to the chill welcoming atmosphere. Everything was well laid out for an inclusive experience and the facility was exceptionally clean. I would recommend to friends and family
A friend gifted me their float session and I walked out with a membership. What a great experience. Johnny is such a wonderful host, he really added to the experience with his gentle and kind demeanor, he is so full of knowledge and experience it made me more comfortable with my first float. I can’t wait to come back
As soon as we walked through the door, the staff was very courteous, kind and welcoming. This was our, my wife and I, first time so we both had trouble completely relaxing while floating but after multiple attempts. I figured out the best position for me to place my arms was straight out, side to side. Like a bird with my palms raised to the sky. After that, I found myself drifting in and out of consciousness. I realized. Hey I’m totally relaxed. Now I must admit 2 days later, I feel more energetic than I’ve felt in a long time.
