I knew during, and after my first training session with Marc, that he knows his stuff, and is a true professional. Once he knows your fitness goals, he tailors each training session to help you reach them. He takes time to explain why each exercise is beneficial, and stresses proper form/alignment so you get the most out of each movement and avoid injury. I also appreciate that he emphasizes the importance of stretching and incorporating exercises that improve balance. Thank you, Marc!
Marc is a very diligent trainer. Before starting my first lesson, he did a comprehensive assessment of my strength, stamina, flexibility, mobility and really understood deeply what my strengths and weaknesses were in order to tailor all of my workouts around those. He also works with me outside the gym on my nutrition and at home workouts, and is truly knowledgeable in all fitness-related areas. I would highly recommend you give Marc a try!
Marc is not a cookie cutter trainer. He personalizes workouts to the individual. Having never worked out in my life I was very nervous, but I'm hooked. That's all due to Marc. My hour workout is the best hour of my day.
