Felt unsafe here...As I entered, there were signs stating masks MUST BE WARN at all times .About 2 weeks ago, I had had an appointment here. When I arrived, my temp was checked by an associate wearing her mask, however 3 associated, in the front office (appointment, phone, patient check-out, etc.) were either unmasked or had noses hanging out. I had to walk past one of them, so I stayed as far away as I could. I spoke with an associate, who took me to the room, about it. She said she would talk to the front office manager. When I left, there were 3 associates standing around chatting, unmasked, that I could remain distanced from, but the associate at patient check-out...read full review
