Jen was amazing with my girls! Jen was very thorough and made sure we knew next steps. I had many questions and she answered all of them. She was very kind, and put me at ease during a stressful time!
Hollie at Farmington was AMAZING. I can't recommend her enough. I never thought i'd find myself and my son at a lice boutique, just the thought of lice is disgusting. She taught me all the facts and treated me, you can tell she truly cares about her job. Wish more people had his type of customer service!!!
Absolutely wonderful experience going to this lice removal salon. Hollie was friendly and very efficient. She debunked a lot of myths about head lice and made sure we knew how to get them out of her house. When my boss tried to demand my presence in a meeting, Hollie offered to let me use their computer to attend. I used the anonymous alert system to notify my teenagers friends that they were at risk of having bugs in their head. I simply cannot say enough nice things about Rapunzel's lice boutique!!! I highly recommend Rapunzel's to anyone that finds themselves in this situation!
