A very knowledgeable and helpful source for Zebra printers and their supplies. Brady Otto has been especially helpful and patient, eventually furnishing printer labels that successfully passed the intense scrutiny of our Shipping Department. We had not permitted an alternative to our longtime source, until now.
Midcom has been a great resource for our printers in our warehouse. They provide fast and excellent service if a printer goes down or if there are any issues with the quality of our printed shipping labels. Our warehouse is in a different location then our main office, so the Midcom service agreements we have for all of our printers takes away all the worry and hassles of maintaining our barcode printers ourselves. We are very happy with their service.
This is a 5 star for Josh at Midcom. He is always on top of our scanners and keeps both Cecil and I updated on them. Helps us with the scheduling of the repairs. He is always available when needed. He is the best to deal with.
