Leaf Home Safety Solutions offers high-quality stair lift and walk-in tub mobility solutions, tailored to meet individual needs with customizable options such as power swivel seats and power folding footrests for both straight and curved staircases, indoors and outdoors. One customer expressed their satisfaction with the exceptional work done by an installer, who stayed late to complete the job in one day. Another customer appreciated the sales representative's time spent explaining the best stair lift options and the installation team's fast and efficient work. However, there was a mention of initial contact with a salesperson being somewhat pushy and a delay in communication with the finance team. Despite this, the job supervisor and installation crew were praised for their professionalism, respect, and excellent work quality. They were commended for their attention to detail in removing old fixtures, preparing for finishing work, and ensuring a great final result with new tile and clean-up. Overall, Leaf Home Safety Solutions provides well-deserved peace of mind to families and caretakers through their in-home comfort solutions.
