We called J & E when the seal of one of our windows broke. We thought that we would have to replace the window because the local business that sold us the window had gone out of business. J & E noticed that it was a window that they actually sell and they worked with the manufacturer to replace the glass instead of the entire window for just the labor cost. They, also, installed a doorwall for us. Very happy.
UPDATE- Had an issue with the screen door to the doorwall. They came out and repaired it within a couple of days for free. Great service.
