You can count on great service and reasonable pricing! They did a wonderful job with my peacoat this March--so good, in fact, I was almost afraid to wear it for awhile as it looked like new(: and it was ready for me within 24 hours! And of course, the staff and owner are very helpful and friendly!

The lady that does alterations is great. The young lady that rings up your service went from being polite to rude when I asked her a simple question. She asked me if I was aware of the cost to hem my pants. I said yes it's the price I PAID that is reflected on the receipt. I asked her why would she ask me that when she has the receipt as well. She said that she didn't have time to look at her receipt because she has customers. No way to speak to customers. Training might help.

DD is the best and easiest dry cleaners in the area. My parents have been coming here for years and now I come myself. The staff has always been nothing short of amazing every time I come in. �
