Receptionist greeted me and walked me through registration. Text me when room was ready. PA actually listened to my concerns and addressed them instead of over talking and dismissing them. The best bedside manner I have experienced in a long time. Will definitely recommend
The place looks clean. The workers are friendly. What I didn't like is the waiting. You have an appointment BUT you still have to wait an hour to get called. And when you do, they put you put you in a room the nurse takes your vitals. When she's done. They make you wait another hour before the doctor comes. Al together, I was there well over 3 hours. Don't get me wrong. The service was good. Everyone there is friendly. It's the waiting I didn't care for.
Anytime my husband or I have come here, it’s been a good experience. Hardly any wait time, staff is courteous and empathetic, and the doctors will give an honest and thorough evaluation before prescribing any medication. By far the best urgent care in the area and it’s the only one I feel safe going to.
