From the beginning to the end... excellent experience. After researching window manufacturers, I reviewed who sold what and was incredibly fortunate to contact 21st Century Windows. Mark, the owner, was friendly and personable and low pressure. My Polaris windows are fantastic! I love them. They are substantial! Of course without topnotch installation it doesn't matter what you buy. These windows were installed professionally! Chris Dessenberg and his crew, Anton and DJ, did excellent work. I felt they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. So very happy with everything!
Mark and his crew at 21st Century Window did a great job on the new widows for my home. He got me the Marvin windows I wanted and at a great price. The installation was prompt and well done and the guys cleaned up after themselves very nicely. There were two issues with the manufacturing of the windows and Mark handled the warranty of both promptly and, most importantly, without hassle. I am very happy with the whole process.
