Ed agreed to come out and help us even though we were outside his service area. He was friendly, professional, and a joy to be around. He had been replacing the glass in our slidding glass door, and we didnt realize until a day after he left that, not only did he replace the glass, he also somehow fixed the lock on it that always used to get stuck, and a sealing issue it had in the corner. I know he had to take the door off to work on it, so he probably fixed those two issues just by virtue of putting the door back on and doing it correctly. But even so, he didnt have to take the time to put it back so beautifully. We were shocked and impressed and greatful!

Ed and his wonderful wife were absolutely fantastic to work with. They installed a doggy door in my sliding glass door, added a matching doggy door to my screen door, and also installed a brand-new storm door for our home. Everything went smoothly and without a single hitch.

From the consultation to installation, the experience was easy and stress-free. Ed and I have very similar senses of humor, so we hit it off right away, which made the whole process even better.
