Helped me diagnose an issue over the phone and made sure I was capable of making the repair myself. Followed up with a call the next day to make sure my furnace was still running. Great guy!
Called Greg due to furnace quiting. Found out he doesn't service my area. Greg did give me spot on advise on steps to look at and I was able to get it running again. He cares about people. I would not hesitate to call him for service.
