I was telling my friend how I was once again stressing out waiting for my third contractor to respond to my request for paperwork that would be the last step leading to a closing on my roof repair. It had taken me 11 months to get to that point. She got all excited telling me about Wes Fritz of Superior Exterior and the wonderful work at reasonable prices that he had done for her and others she knew. At one point she was even loudly asking me to at least have him come out and give me an estimate. I was reluctant because I was so close to getting that necessary paperwork and actually getting started on the roof. I also still had to find someone to repair my chimney and someone to replace an interior warped wall once I could focus on those repairs. Long story short... I promised her I would get in touch with Wes. I did and he came out and within a few days had an estimate for me. The contractor I had been dealing still had not responded to me. Wes' estimate came in $200 more than the one I already had. BUT... it also included a few more items for the roof; it included repairing the chimney; and it included replacing and painting the interior warped wall. So I committed to having Superior Exterior do my work. Wes was prompt with meeting all the necessary paperwork. He and his crew were here when they said they would be and were friendly, considerate, and professional. They kept things neat and completly cleaned up when finished. I can't even praise the results enough! Getting a new roof was like getting new tires to me...something you have to do function properly. Your car is still going to look like your car. I had replaced that roof once before about 25 years ago. My house still looked like my house afterwards. This time my reaction was totally different. I felt like I got a brand new home! I highly recommend Wes Fritz and crew of Superior Exterior.

Had my roof on both my garage and home done in four days!!! And they replaced the gutters!!!! These guys were hard working non stop!!!! Very friendly and professional. They cleaned up very well each day they worked and even came back to clean under the dumpster!!!! Very impressed!!!!
