Pioneer Inspection Services LLC
“I was very impressed at the amount of items Randy checked and knowledge he had. Everything electrical was tested, water pressure, every faucet, every door... Then he get out a huge drone to inspect roof with a thermal camera, which can also zoom in to spot problem areas. He also got right into the crawl spaces and dirty dingy areas. Pioneer is the only inspector I will use in the future. Highly recommended”
