I regularly bring in my kitty Trooper to have his nails clipped. The girls who take him back and work with him are very kind and welcoming. Troopers nails look good when they are finished. Trooper also depends on the veterinarians and assistants for his health care. They are highly competent, thorough and concerned.

My 8-year-old fur baby has quite a bit of issues, so I was extremely starting up at a new vet when I moved to the Bay City Area. Bay Animal Hospital provided me with exceptional service and cared for my baby as she was their own. It's a great place to take you pet and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The veterinarians are professional and take their time with you and explain in detail what your pet needs. The employees are organized, kind and do everything they can to help you also and comfort you when needed. The building is updated and clean. My little guy had to go to rainbow bridge and one of the girls called me there. That was very thoughtful of her.
